taxes
OK. Here's my first reader's comment. We need a new topic for this called taxes, but I do appreciate the first line for my discussion on political parties, "Yup! It's all a big joke.....Demo-Publican-Liberal-Tarian....makes no real difference." And then I'm going to comment on your post which is about taxes and is now right HERE:

Yup! It's all a big joke.....Demo-Publican-Liberal-Tarian....makes no real difference....the real control comes from who we borrow money from, to opporate the govt! The USA is bankrupt, and the bankers own us. Just sit quietly and be a slave, thinking your free. Then look at the income taxes you pay that the Law says we don't owe.....but if you refuse to pay your owners, they will figure out a way to spank you!
Wanna change it....quit being the "Statis-Quo"

thanks, reader/poster.

We'll be getting close to 50% nationally for taxes. That will probably be a kick to our heads when people realize they get less than half of what they work for. But I believe the reason behind it is the political system we have which includes parties. If our presidents could do what they set out to do (or said they would do) with taxes perhaps things would be better. I think if I chose which programs I supported like I do charitable contributions from a paycheck for example, I could get everything I want and need for 15% or 20% total. Most of it would go to the state, not the feds. So I agree... I'd like to pay less taxes while remaining in the status-quo who pays them... but I'm really wishing I had control and a fiscal report on how my taxes were spent and how that compares to what was promised- you know, what funds were illegally or legally diverted without my permission as the subsidiser. Thanks blogger. You've got kahunas! ;)
There is no law that makes a citizen of the United States liable for the income tax, Federal or State.
Our government is supported in other ways, at the local level with property taxes. A visit to www.861.info, might be a good place to start, looking at what the law really says. Download the CD, it's free.
http://evans-legal.com/dan/tpfaq.html#section861 shows how 861 is a special case and taxes can't live or die on this point alone. My friend and I researched it hoping it was true, and we believe it is not. Take a look- its the other side of the argument, and disappointing if you are convinced 861 doesn't excuse you from taxes. However, I don't think being overtaxed as we are fits with the formation of this country. We are walking into a lion's mouth that is there by default when you don't look where you're going. So I may not think the law supports your argument but that doesn't mean the government is applying our constitution correctly regarding how much we can be taxed. There is a need for the government to be roped in. If you read this link, see if you can find this to be a valid argument and if not why. I don't feel strongly about it, but I researched it and was convinced and disappointed by links like this one. I'd like to see if you consider it's point carefully or not. Looking at the other side with an open mind will always be positive even if it only strengthens your position. Unfortunately, 861 folks I've read haven't yet been able to discuss this side- I'm hoping today is my lucky day.
Law making doesn't seem too brightly done in general since the people writing it generally only superficially know how the words they create which become law and must be taken literally can create havoc and cost millions just to untangle a misused word like "and" or "in regard to" or "for" versus "by." or "excluding." Its amazing how ignoring intent and reading word for word can mess us up. It does take a lot to form an opinion one way or another, and it wouldn't surprise me that two intelligent people can read the same things and come up with a different answer. Let me know what you get from this link if you read it. Its a bit hard to read. It's no CD LOL.
thought-provoking, mootable pv. just my thoughts, well anyways gl & be chipper is what i say
