keep on point

This blog is about issues that stand the test of time- the building blocks of our nation instead of current politics. I'd rather it be conversations than editorials alone. So click on # comments then on post a comment and speak your mind... even if we disagree we learn what the arguments are and become better at future debates.

How we play

Thanks for reading. I'm not an experienced blogger. But I do have a theme: Keep on point. I'd like to make observations and see comments from others who have a point or counterpoint that is something for all of us to think on. If you know the answer before reading then you need a blog of your own. I'll help draw that line if possible.

That said, please feel free to suggest a topic in a comment, I'll try to respond to your suggestion in my own posting, and it will be up to posters to make clear what thread(s) they are commenting on.

I can't post anything until the technical difficulties are resolved as stated in the help page. I may be able to post a comment though. And who knows what will happen if that works? It's a bit like beating on a pop machine that ate your money- obligitory effort with nearly no expectation of success. I could call it a "George Carlin Imperative" that I try this. Ready, set, unstick!

Warning: while trying to set up a free, anonymous picture URL album, I assumed wrong and found my user name was part of the URL which is available to anyone right-clicking on an image i've uploaded. So I didn't post pics! Funny discovery because I was clicking to find anonymous hosts people were using. Word. LOL.

Not hiding identity now that I'm advertising my work on www.synd.org so the last comment seems silly now... but its news still to those who do want anonymity. thanks
